CDI's terrorism website is designed to provide insights, in-depth analysis and
facts on military, security and foreign policy challenges as the U.S. and the

The Center for Nonproliferation Studies provides links to threat assessment,
response, counter terrorism, domestic preparedness, and funding to combat
terrorism at this site.
Guide to Law Online : Terrorism Law

The Guide to Law Online is an annotated compendium of sources accessible through
the Internet. Links provide access to primary documents, legal commentary,
and general government information about specific jurisdictions and topics.

The website of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security provides news stories
and bulletins concerning U.S. security. It also provides information on
the organization and policies of this newly created department.

This site from the U.S. State Department includes links to Congressional
Research Service Reports (CRS) and Issue Briefs.

Division Senior Specialist Charles Doyle summarize the most

Trail of a terrorist

On December 14, 1999, Algerian born terrorist Ahmed Ressam was
arrested in Port Angeles, Washington, bound for Los Angeles
International Airport with a trunk full of explosives. This program
traces Ressam's training in Bin Laden's camps, his travels within the
international terrorist network, his entry into Canada, apprehension,
trial and imprisonment and, most recently, his cooperation with
authorities in exchange for a reduced sentence.
