This site sponsored by the CalJustice Advisory Committee and tries to
provide "low-income Californians with access to basic legal resources
and attorney information." It has topic headings such as
Housing, Immigration, Seniors, Native American Issues, Disability,
Consumer and Small Claims, Disability, etc. Click on a topic,
put in a zip code, and agencies are listed to help with these various
subject.

This site organizes California legal resources for "persons who
choose to represent themselves in court without the help of an
attorney." It is available in several languages and has links
to self-help centers, law libraries, and an introduction to legal
research.
Finding Attorneys

The search for an attorney is through the West Legal Directory.
An attorney can be found by zip code or by type of practice.

This site can look up a California attorney and list the education and
if any disciplinary actions have been taken against the attorney.
