What is a subject guide and why should you look here first when planning a research paper or essay? A subject guide is a quick way to obtain authoritative and reliable information about a chosen topic. Our guides are composed of Web site links, selected books available from the Rio Hondo College Library, and access to online periodical articles about that topic.
