Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence http://www.bradycampaign.org/
This site was founded by a survivor of gun
violence in 1974, with the idea of rationalizing gun laws in the
United States. It is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization that
lobbies in favor of commonsense gun regulations at both a state and
national level. This site has statistics, legislative information, law
enforcement perspectives and links to other sites.

Coalition to Stop Gun Violence (CSGV)

The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence (CSGV)
was founded in 1974 to combat the growing gun violence problem in the
United States. CSGV is a unique coalition of more than forty
religious, professional, labor, medical, educational
and civic organizations. This searchable site is kept very current. It
has the voting records of your Senator on gun-related issues, as well
as statistics and links to other sites.

is a presentation and analysis of firearms statistics, research,
policies, and gun control laws.
This site provides
historical references and quotes from elected legislators, politicians
and organizations via links to other sites on gun control issues. Addresses controversies, especially in defense of

Jurist, the Legal Education Network
(University of Pittsburgh, School of Law) provides a directory to news, current legal cases,
legislation, case law, statistics, and advocacy groups regarding the
gun
control debate in the U.S. The emphasis is on the legal
questions raised and providing links both for and against. In
addition, links are provided to the positions of the presidential
candidates on
gun
control.

and is kept very current. Statistics on crime and gun use and specific Second
Amendment court cases are included. This site is maintained by
NRA members who
support the Second Amendment.
Violence Policy Center
(VPC) http://www.vpc.org/
The Violence Policy Center (VPC) is a national educational foundation working to
reduce firearms violence in America. The Center works to increase public
understanding of firearms violence as an expanding public health crisis. This site
includes statistics and both state and federal legislation, and links
to state and federal firearms laws.
