Complete texts of historical plays.  Complete texts of some Greek and Roman plays (Sophocles, Aristophanes, and Aeschylus).  Also a selection of historical plays from other periods up to the 19th century.

Guttenberg Project    
Contains plays that re fee of copyright and available free online.  Search by author, tile of play, or the keyword(s) play(s).

The "Traditional Drama Research Group" has compiled a vast collection of plays from England's past.  Good source for historical plays, featuring holiday events, Renaissance festivals, mummers and Robin Hood.

Whole and partial scripts of plays available free on the Internet.  Available in .pdf format.  Both well-known and new playwrights.

This site provides links to scripts including recent films.  Scripts include movie and screenplay scripts as well as television scripts.  A blog features updates to the site and new script links.  Links are provided to other script services.
