The site explains
different types of health plans, offers tips on how to choose a
plan, and covers how to file a complaint. It provides information on
California legislation related to health care. Also, it links to
California Internet Formulary Reference where you can check if your
plan covers a currently prescribed medicine. The Formulary is
searchable by health condition, drug name, and drug category.

HMO Help Center http://www.hmohelp.ca.gov/
The Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) oversees all HMOs in
California, as well as other health plans. Links are provided to
various health plans, as well as topics concerning questions and issues
about HMOs.
