The Century Council

The Century Council is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fighting drunk driving and underage drinking.  America's leading distillers, such as Bacardi USA Inc., Seagrams & Sons, etc. fund the site.  It provides information about drunk driving legislation and educational programs, including bilingual or ethnic ones.  One program, “Si Toma, No Maneje,” is the largest and most comprehensive anti-drunk driving program in the country.  This site also contains information about zero tolerance.  There is information for students, parents, a media center for journalists, and links to other resources.

This Webpage is published by Citizens Against Wrongful Arrests (CAWA).  Provides sites with opposing viewpoints about Mothers Against Drunk Driving's nationwide campaign to lower statutory look alcohol content (BAC) level to 0.08%.  This is a political agenda that has no clear public safety benefit.
