Pennsylvania, "the Internet's first and largest site on bioethics."
The Web site features a section on cloning with discussion of ethical,
legal, and governmental issues. Many links provided for
scientific and ethical issues, government transcripts, and news
articles on the subject. Under section for Ethical Issues,
provides many links for Web sites on topic.
Human Genome Project Information - Cloning Fact Sheet

The Human Genome Project is coordinated by the U.S. Dept. of
Energy and the National Institutes of Health. The projects'
goals are to identify all 30,000 genes in human DNA, and address the
ethical, legal, and social issues (ELSI) that arise from the project.
This Web site section gives an overview of cloning with discussion of
some of the ELSI issues.

This site, sponsored by the University of Utah, offers a very
complete view of cloning, including facts, history and even
interactive exercises. The information is current and includes

very technical, but you won't find it anywhere else! You will

Brave new world

neurobiology and genetic engineering. Volume 4 discusses
cloning of humans and animals, and the ethical questions involved.
The gene

Part one of the gene dramatizes the history of genetic research from
Gregor Mendel to modern recombinant DNA. Part two outlines the
basic picture scientists have today of what a gene is and how it
operates within living cells. Includes material on genetic
engineering and cloning.
