your own business. It is overseen by the Small Business
Administration General Counsel. It provides a gateway to

Cornell Law School -- Commercial Law

Cornell Law Schools' public access law dictionary and
encyclopedia. Collaboratively created by users and
overseen by the Legal Information Institute at Cornell
University. Links for commercial and business law.
Includes links for the completer Uniform Commercial Code, which
