This is the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) database that contains annual reports for companies. 

Money Central

This is a financial site to look up company information and statistics.  In the left corner,  there is a box to put a symbol, enter the stock symbol.  On the left side of the screen, you can click on various topics like "Company Report," "Financial Results," etc.

Reuters

This is an excellent financial site for getting stock information, particularly ratios.  On the first screen, enter the company name or stock symbol, on the next screen, check on Financials to see Valuation Ratios.

Professor John Wachowicz has developed a site to accompany his textbook Fundamentals of Financial Management.  There are several sites on this page that deal with financial ratios.  Very helpful is Investopedia.com : Ratio Analysis.
