Rio Hondo College Library Policies for California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) students
The following policies are for CSULA students who wish to borrow library materials from the Rio Hondo College Library.
See the Mutual Use Network Privileges section of the CSULA Library Web site to find out what you need to do to obtain a library card from Rio Hondo College Library.
Checkout and Number of Items:
The appropriate photo identification with
proof of registration is required when checking out books.
A maximum of five items may be borrowed by a direct borrower from CSULA.
Faculty and staff have the same loan period as students.
Loan Period and Fines
posters, and pamphlets are loaned for 21 days. The fines are
$0.25 per day.
Test Preparation Books are loaned for 7 days. The fines are $0.25 per day.
Renewals, Holds, and Recalls
One renewal is allowed. Holds may be placed on items. The library reserves the right to recall any item.
Materials that CANNOT be loaned to CSULA students:
Films, videos, DVDs, and equipment
